Customer Service / Traffic Manager

SendAFrame, America’s largest picture frame and photo album e-retailer, is seeking a Traffic / Customer Service Manager.

Position may be either based in our Rockleigh NJ offices (30 min bus from NY Port Authority and easy access from all major NJ main roads) OR home based depending upon on the candidate's situation and preference.

This person must be a quick thinker, extremely accurate and detail minded; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with a lot of energy who can roll up her or his sleeves and dig in.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Responds to service requests, inquiries and complaints on-line - and phone as backup
  • Adjusts complaints and ensures maximum good will from transactions
  • Responsible for processing orders, corresponding with customers, and ensuring fulfillment.
  • Communicate recurring issues to tech support and/or web design with suggestions for improvement

Job Specifics:

  • Communicates with suppliers for accelerated updates order progress
  • Maintains customer order shipping records
  • Handles carrier problems and adjustments - both inbound and outbound
  • Works with accounting department to insure credits are properly posted and accounted for

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience at an online retailer or similar enterprise
  • 2 year college degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in the use of Internet browsers, MS Windows, MS Office type programs
  • Ability to communicate from home via the web on a high speed line
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to customer service and team-oriented management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within an a business community
  • Must be enterprising, diplomatic, and proactive at solving problems

MARKETING ASSISTANT NEEDED (Westchester Area)
Employment type: full-time / part-time

Role and Responsibilities

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting with the day to day activity of the marketing department and aiding in the building of our consumer home decor business through digital support and design. Works closely with team to achieve departmental and company goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Campaign implementation using email marketing
  • Ability to deliver creative content such as inserts, brochures, advertisements, social media content
  • Data analytics and campaign tracking
  • Working with outside vendors
  • Maintain Company Website and ecommerce shops


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Comfortable and talented in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • HTML literate
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing or similar
  • 2+ year's relevant experience in B2C marketing
  • Digital Marketing (Intermediate Knowledge)
  • Keen attention to detail

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Viral Marketing - develop new initiatives and managing existing programs to generate sales
  • Analyze and document success of new customer acquisition and sales efforts
  • Optimize our pay-per-click online efforts
  • Implement, manage and coordinate social media campaigns to merchandising efforts
  • Create press and PR releases, tools and reports
  • Provide support to business development efforts built around user acquisition initiatives
  • Report and analyze e-mail and web usage making recommendations on how to improve product offerings and web site
  • Help develop new product and promotional ideas that generate new customers and stimulate sales in existing ones 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the internet marketing at a consumer product, start-up or retail operation
  • Experience with online search marketing optimization
  • Experience in user research or user survey creation
  • A strong understanding of, and experience with, the consumer retailing experience
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, using email and journalling
  • A creative mind
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take control of projects
  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Ability to work and think independently when necessary
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office and PowerPoint - or equivalents
  • Some product management and business development experience a "plus"

Our HQ is in Rockleigh NJ office (35 min bus from NY Port Authority and easy access from all major NJ main roads), with an office in Scarsdale, NY. Tele-commuting possibilities for some functions do exist.

This person must be a creative thinker and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with a lot of energy who can roll up her or his sleeves and dig in.

We're a small and expanding hard-working group so there will be more than enough to do and lots of opportunity to grow into increasingly interesting and challenging opportunities. Flexible hours are possible for the right candidate in order to accommodate the right person. Part-time might be ok.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

** Keep our online store product catalog current with vendor offerings
* Through collaboration with other team members, help design clean, appealing and useful graphics
* Responsible for improving the visual design of our webstore, marketing materials, and art for communications
* Use HTML, PhotoShop or other authoring, programming, and scripting tools to develop materials
* Provide graphic design services and expertise, includes Web as well as print media
* Develop visuals to support new products, designer groups, categories and timely holiday specific ads
* Research and determine the best hardware / software to complete a task
* Be constantly evaluating our current look and feel - make recommendations for improvement
