We want you to have complete confidence in us and so we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. That is why we have a 110% satisfaction guarantee with every purchase:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of delivery we'll exchange it, value in full, or refund the purchase price, less any outbound incentives issued (if applicable), upon its return. Personalized or special order pieces will be replaced with similar pieces at no charge when we have made an error in your order.

If within 30 days of purchase you find any item at a nationally recognized frame or album web-store offering a lower price than you paid SendAFrame.com, we will refund the difference PLUS 10%. *Please include in your comparison all extras you receive at SendAFrame. These include free gift wrap to your recipient, free and insured shipping without any "handling" charges to you, promotional pricing, in-stock/guaranteed delivery and Kodak print promotions. Sorry, comparisons with companies that are "Going out of business", "Limited Time sale", "Can't ship within 24 hours" or Shipping from 3rd party sales such as amazon.com and overstock.com are not eligible.

While we make every possible effort to photograph and describe our pieces accurately, some variations are beyond our control for which we can not be responsible. Examples of such variances include, but are not limited to: colors that may differ from descriptions and monitor-to-monitor; border edges that extend over prints where the glass is accommodating the size indicated; material structure that may slightly differ due to hand manufacturing.

If your project has critical tolerances and/or quantities over 12 pieces for a specific need, please communicate your exact requirements. Either put this into the "special instructions" of the web-placed order or email service@sendaframe.com with a description of your need, deadline, and/or problem to be solved. We will immediately review your needs and quickly respond to meet your deadline.  This is especially important where frames, made of natural elements, will be hung or displayed together!

In order to keep our prices low and our costs down, special order items, discontinued items, or items returned without their original packing materials will be subject to a minimum 40% restocking fee. Items returned in less than original condition are subject to additional charges levied at the discretion of the Returns Supervisor. Photographs, personalized items, and custom-made and specially ordered pieces may not be returned for refund nor credit of any kind. Orders placed beyond 24 hours that are being serviced "on-time" but subsequently cancelled through no fault of SendAFrame are subject to a 20% handling and service charge.  Thank you for your understanding.

Submitting orders

We know that you are anxious for your special frames and photos to arrive.

Your purchases can arrive next day!

We guarantee that all orders received for in-stock merchandise by 4:30pm CST on regular business days will ship for arrival with the delivery timing you have selected.

In many cases, we can ship your order from one of our 5 warehouses if received by 7:30pm CST.  Place your order and indicate "must ship by xx/xx" or "must arrive by xx/xx". We will immediately confirm whether your order can be processed with your requirements (usually within 15 minutes).

We take deadlines very seriously - and we don't leave until all orders for that day are processed wherever possible.

4 Important Notes:

1) Be certain to choose the shipping method you prefer and include any special handling information in the NOTE box along with your order.

2) Our order fulfillment process is all about speed to you. Orders authorized by you will be moved swiftly through our delivery system in order to meet the pressing schedules of fulfillment. If you need to cancel an order after placing, we will try to stop its flow. However, in most cases, in-stock orders shipping within 24 hours of placement will be unstoppable in the order flow process. Once you receive a tracking #, it is definitely on its way and any attempt to stop it will result in a handling "kill" fee of at least 20% of the order. Thank you for your understanding.

3) Your addresses must be entered so that Federal Express is able to locate your delivery point.  Unfortunately FedEx charges us a $15.00 fee + additional shipping charges for packages needing re-direction (or returned) due to incorrect addressing and we are forced to pass this onto you.

We are NOT happy about doing this and the charge barely covers the actual expense. Therefore, please enter your information carefully !

4) Orders for future ship dates that are subsequently cancelled by you, especially special order items, are subject to a minimum cancellation charge of 20%. Of course anything beyond your control will be an exception and there is no penalty for orders that we are forced to cancel.

5) Please order carefully! Order changes and/or cancellations of any personalized or CustomCut orders "in progress", though not completed, are subject to a minimum of 25% of the personalizing cost for prep and handling. Next business day from submission of order will always deem the order is in-progress. Completed pieces (shipping day of your request) may not be cancelled under circumstances. Please check your work and order carefully before submitting.

QuickShip Items

SendAFrame.com offers thousands of frames and albums, usually never more than 5 days away from shipping.

But what if you "need it yesterday"? No problem!

If you would like to view only items that are available for immediate shipping (QuickShip), keep the QuickShip box checked.

There are many styles on SendAFrame.com that we don't make ourselves. If the QuickShip box is left unchecked, you are viewing all items that are no more than six (6) business days from shipping. Usually this is because the item(s) are in-transit to our warehouses.

QuickShip items are designated by the phrase "Can Ship Today" at the top of its description page.

SendAFrame honors all versions of American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Diner's Club and Discover credit cards. ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo are accepted as well.

SendAFrame also accepts recognized members of PayPal for payment through their network.

SendAFrame uses SSL maximum security server technology (exactly like a bank or ATM machine) to insure the complete safety of your transaction. This includes our LIVE CHAT option!  However, you still may want to provide your credit card information via telephone and have it manually authorized. Not a problem!

All prints include professional touch-up and modification (if desired). These are not "quick" photos - they are all individually processed by our certified graphic art team to insure the highest level of color correctness and crispness possible from your digital images.

About descriptions

We try our absolute best to describe each SendAFrame piece in the most complete and accurate way possible. Photographs are provided of additional views of a piece in order to clarify the look and condition of the piece.

In some cases, we add descriptive text to the detail page because either the photographs or the categories available to us do not properly describe the piece. In all cases, the descriptive text of the piece will prevail. This is particularly important in "overall sizes" of items.  If you have a critical need for an exact sizing of a frame or moulding and our description does not indicate it, please ask a Customer Service representative before ordering.

Please shop carefully by reading all information about a piece and contact us if you have any questions. If you have critical color matching issues, please contact us prior to making your purchase so we can address the concern in writing.

If your print or photograph has critical display measurements and/or can not be cropped, please inquire about the exact display dimensions of items before purchasing.

Occasionally, frame designs will not show an entire photo with borders. Also, albums are quoted by the manufacturer's size of the album and do not include the spine hinging which might not allow the entire margins of prints to be mounted.

SendAFrame will not be liable for any costs that are incurred by the purchase of pieces that have seemingly conflicting images or category information versus the description. This includes, though not limited to measurements from designers and suppliers that are not exact fitting measurements to standard photos

Our staff is very helpful and is most interested in avoiding misunderstandings and shipment of pieces you or your recipients will not be happy with.

A sales tax of 7.25% is added to all orders shipped to New Jersey State addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to gift recipients outside New Jersey
