After you purchase gift certificates, we:

  • Email you ("SENDER") a link to an online version of the Gift Certificate which you can email to your Receipient or else print out on your personal printer.

Important points - Safety and Refunds

We have become aware of Gift Certificate scams being perpetrated upon unknowing internet shoppers.  Here are some important points for our friends buying Gift Certificates with us (or anyone) courtesy of the New York Times Circuits section:

  1. Make certain the money stays on your recipient's account
    ~or~
that you (the buyer) may request a refund of any balance

Be wary of companies that don't permit refunds.

SendAFrame makes complete refunds of unused balances, to the purchaser, within 2 business days of request by Email or a  LIVE HELP  section to one of our associates.  Refund is made printed check, mailed to the original purchaser.

  2. There should be a formal method of informing the buyer of gift card activity (or no activity!).

If a SendAFrame gift certificate is not used within 120 days from purchase, we inform the purchaser via email.

  3. It is important to have at least 2 methods of informing the recipient (what if they delete the email as "junk"?) Many companies just keep the money, hoping the gift recipient won't use the certificate.

SendAFrame provides the ability to both email your gift recipient as well as produce a printed certificate to mail to the gift recipient.  Plus - we email you, the purchaser along the way.

Part of the pleasure of servicing your order is the possibility that we may delight your recipient, who may in-turn become a regular customer. Certainly we hope you will hear from them about how delighted they are with their SendAFrame experience.

Certificates may also be created via our LIVE HELP one of our customer service representatives.  Look for the LIVE HELP link on every page of SendAFrame.
