Kate Spade Photo Frame Collection

American accessories designer Kate Spade is both the epitome and antithesis of the all-American girl. There is something charmingly familiar, yet wonderfully original about Kate. She brings sophistication and wit to her designs and the gracious spirit of her company clearly reflects Kate's appreciation for propriety and her vibrant sense of humor.

While a senior accessories editor at Mademoiselle Magazine, Kate was always searching for the quintessential personal accessories. Not finding many to suit her own personal style, Kate struck out on her own. With then-boyfriend, now-husband, Andy Spade, Kate founded "kate spade handbags" in 1993. They identified a void in the market, took a risk, and Kate designed six simple silhouettes that emphasized color, fabric, utility, and a keen sense of personal style.

The company has continued to grow as Kate brings her wonderful sensibility to a unique array of items. Her affection for the photographs prompted her to launch kate spade photo and stationery in 1998. Nearly every year since has brought an exciting new addition to the world of kate spade.
