Job Description/Responsibilities: Responds to service requests, inquiries and complaints over the phone or on-line Adjusts complaints and ensures maximum good will from transactions Responsible for processing orders, corresponding with customers, and ensuring fulfillment. Communicate recurring issues to tech
support and/or web design with suggestions for improvement Communicates with suppliers for accelerated updates of customer and company order progress.
