SendAFrame, America’s largest picture frame and photo album e-retailer, is seeking a Marketing Manager in our Carlstadt NJ offices (12 min bus from Port Authority and easy access from all major NJ main roads). This person must be a creative thinker and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone with a lot of energy who can roll up her or his sleeves and dig in. We're a growing creative company so there will be more than enough to do and lots of opportunity to grow into more and more interesting and challenging opportunities.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Manage selling efforts through multiple marketing channels: Search marketing management and optimization;
  • Distribution - develop new products and plans; Viral Marketing - develop new products and plans that generate viral sales initiatives.
  • Analyze success of new customer acquisition efforts.
  • Optimize our pay-per-click online efforts.
  • Provide support to business development efforts built around user acquisition initiatives.
  • Report and analyze e-mail and web usage and make recommendations on how to improve product offerings and web site.
  • Help develop new product and promotional ideas that generate new users and additional usage from our existing users.


  • Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the internet marketing at a consumer product, start-up or retail operation
  • Experience with search marketing optimization
  • Experience in user research or user survey creation
  • A strong understanding of and experience with the consumer user retailing experience
  • Excellent writing, communication and analytical skills
  • Creative mind
  • Some product management and business development experience a plus
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take control of projects
  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Must have the ability to work and think independently when necessary
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

    Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Through collaboration with other team members, design appealing and useful graphics

  • Responsible for creating the visual design of our webstore, marketing materials, and art for corporate communications

  • Use HTML, PhotoShop or other authoring, programming, and scripting tools to develop materials

  • Provide graphic design services and expertise, includes Web as well as print media

  • Research and determine the best hardware, software to complete a task

  • Receive new products, designers groups, and categories and develop visuals to support it

  • Requirements and Qualifications:

    SendAFrame, America’s largest picture frame and photo album e-retailer, is seeking a Customer Service / Traffic Manager.   Position may be either based in our Carlstadt NJ offices (12 min bus from NY Port Authority and easy access from all major NJ main roads) OR home based depending upon on the candidate's situation and preference.  This person must be a quick thinker, extremely accurate and detail minded; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with a lot of energy who can roll up her or his sleeves and dig in.     Job Description/Responsibilities:
  • Responds to service requests, inquiries and complaints over the phone or on-line

  • Adjusts complaints and ensures maximum good will from transactions

  • Responsible for processing orders, corresponding with customers, and ensuring fulfillment.

  • Communicate recurring issues to tech support and/or web design with suggestions for improvement

    Job Specifics:

  • Communicates with suppliers for accelerated updates of customer and company order progress.

  • Maintains customer order shipping records

  • Handles carrier problems and adjustments - both inbound and outbound

  • Works with accounting department to insure credits are properly posted and accounted for

    Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience at an online retailer or similar enterprise
  • 2 year college degree or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate at home via the web on a high speed line (not provided by company)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to customer service and team-oriented management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
