I just have to tell you that I don’t think I’ve EVER received better customer service from any company! Less than 24 hours ago I was in a panic because I had forgotten to order a much-needed group gift to be presented this weekend.
Today I am happily in receipt of that gift—with custom engraving--- thanks to your service. From your online chat personnel (“Diane”) to the quality and promptness of the product, it just doesn’t get any better.
It’s so difficult to find good customer service these days and I’m a stickler for it having done a fair amount of customer service training in my career. You people know how to do it!
